This treatment has been designed by reflexology gurus Ziggie Bergman and Louise Keet. This innovative treatment is the only one of it's kind offered as hand, foot and facial reflexology combination treatment.
If you would prefer a shorter treatment, you can choose from either facial or foot reflexology on it's own using the specific routine designed to harmonise the Endocrine system and balance the main organs and body systems affected by the menopause.
Included in the facial reflexology sequence is lifting and sculpting facial massage to help lift your face and spirit as well as a mini Indian head massage to start the treatment.
What are the benefits?
This natural change in the female reproductive system usually occurs between the ages of 45 and 55, although perimenopausal symptoms can be experienced earlier.
Reflexology can help regulate the peripheral nervous system. This is achieved by stimulating the pituitary gland, the hypothalamus, and the thymus reflex points. Doing this can ease some of the symptoms women experience during this time.
Reflexology is very effective in helping both physical and emotional symptoms and the side effects of medical treatments.
Recommended as a course of treatments or equally enjoyable and effective as ad hoc treatments to fit around your schedule.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
When you come for a treatment I will give you 100% of my time and attention. I will ensure that I am prepared and ready for your treatment with me. Whilst I appreciate that sometimes, emergencies crop up at the last minute, I do need to ensure my time is filled so I can offer my services to as many people as possible.
Deposit are required on all bookings.
When booking an appointment with Wholesome Holistics you are automatically adhering to the business policies.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge (your deposit will be retained).
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 100% charge.
Any no show appointments will also be charged 100% of the total treatment. You will be required to pay outstanding fees for cancellations, rescheduling and no shows before rebooking, The remaining balance of all appointments must be paid for at the time of treatment by either card or cash.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I reserve the right to shorten your treatment time and you will be liable to cover the full treatment cost.
Appointments may only be rescheduled once, if it is requested to be rescheduled again a new 50% deposit is to be paid and the original deposit kept.
